Highland Brewing Co. Gaelic Ale. Enjoying one now in a frosty glass, and it tastes like it's on tap. Cheers to Thursday evenings.

One of my favorite breweries and one of my favorite beers. Sadly, not found as frequently in the Florida Panhandle as when I lived in east Tennessee.

On a slightly related note, Governor Scott signed into law the 64 ounce growler bill. Starting in July, if I find Highland on tap at the ABC or Craft Bar, I can now purchase in the convenient economy size.

Added a few to the fridge...already have a drank a fair number today...

-Ballast Point Grapefruit Sculpin (definitely get the fruit taste, but not overbearing, and the acidity of the grapefruit is a nice complement to the hoppiness of the IPA to begin with)
-Stillwater Stereo IPA (relatively standard, a little on the drier side)
-Westbrook Shane's Big DIPA - really firm double IPA that has strong bronze flavors but isn't overly heavy for a double IPA. Got it on a flyer because I've never had any craft brews from South Carolina but was impressed.

Great beer - enjoy. A couple years ago while on a trip I tracked down a place that had it on tap. Sent a picture to a friend and he told me to "bathe in it"...the extent to which I did or didn't shall not be discussed :D

I guess we know which kind of beer you like ;)

Haven't had all of the above, but I really like Limbo IPA - one of the most outright drinkable IPAs that has a really full flavor without being too bitter/hoppy. Immortal IPA is also pretty solid (although we'll see how quality w/Elysian goes now that they are owned by Anheuser/InBev.

:D LOL, is it obvious?

I wasn't impressed with Sam Adams Rebel IPA, but thought I'd try Rebel Rouser.

I'm excited to try Immortal and Hop Hunter.

Immortal is very solid. If you like Elysian beers, try the Avatar Jasmine IPA next time...very floral (as the name would suggest), and one of my favorites.

As for Hop Hunter, let me know your thoughts. I wasn't blown away by it and still prefer Ruthless Rye or Celebration IPAs from Sierra Nevada. (It goes without saying that I'm a big fan of both Torpedo and Hoptimum too :D)

We just finished a case of Torpedo. :D All of these are single bottles, but due to PA laws, we're still rather limited on what we can easily get as single bottles.

The Mystic Bridge isn't bad. It's not amazing, but considering I wasn't expecting much, it was a nice surprise.

Had a 24 oz. PBR can Friday night. Because you can buy that at a 7-11 in Vegas and then drink it too :D

I was at the ladyfriend's house last night and she had Angry Orchard Cherry. It was actually pretty good, especially compared to their usual stuff.
