I'll have about 5K miles after my trip to PHX this week, however, so I won't be SAD for very long.

I've got the goose egg, too. The 10K bonus MQMs probably won't show up until later this month and I don't get on a plane until the 8th. Guess I'll have to get used to seeing the 0 for a week!

I'll get through it...I sat on a 0 until late Feb last year (before ending at over 125K).
Besides, who pays for therapy these days? I thought the new therapy was to just post a rant (or series of rants) on FT, then wait until some kindred soul comes along to agree with the poster's conclusion that Delta sucks. Everyone feels better and no money has changed hands!

indufan, I plagiarized your thread and copied it onto the AA board.

Luckily mine will end on 1/14 as I have a 19000+ mqm RT booked for that date.

I just checked out co.com; I don't want to look at the Delta website--it is a bit of a downer!

AZ came up with an interesting way to mitigate Seasonal affective disorder. Their FF program ended Dec. 31, with a new version starting Jan 1. (due to Italian laws, loyalty programs can only run for 5 years, so every 5 years they zero out, restart, and gift back your earned miles if you fly again).
Yesterday we couldn't log on to their website, it was being rebuilt. Today I logged on, and in the account statement section they have two tabs- one for the new program, with everything zeroed out, and one for the old program, which still displays all the historic data as of Dec. 31.
So, to avoid being SAD just click a TAB. ^

All that hard work down the drain. I was laughing at this thread a few days ago, and now that it actually happened--I understand!
