It absolutely does. NOTHING Delta (or any airline really) can please everyone. I imagine if they decided to get rid of SkyChoice and offer only SkySavers, someone would come up with a problem with that. Or if they just decided to put B/E for every seat on every plane including the RJs.

What I meant was that Delta can't please everybody... that's what the was supposed to convey.... going back and re-reading my post, it does sound wrong... sorry...

Well we can't have this! How would upgrades work? How are we supposed to distinguish ourselves from the lowly peons who only fly once or twice a year? If we all get the same seat, what is elite status good for?!?! Ahh, this would definitely be the demise of Delta! I can see the writing on the wall now....

I actually liked the Holiday card. I thought it was a nice gesture, for minimal cost. If they had sent an email, it would have been filed in the trash with the rest of the Delta emails I get.

Excellent point. But I think you should substitute peasant for peon.

I got the card last week too. Nice gesture but they don't even say to whom they gave the 5 million miles. What's 5 million miles? c. $50,000 ???

Something is better than nothing.

... at least I still have those no expiration date movie tickets Delta sent me a few years back.

I still have those too!

I wouldn't have minded the Delta Holiday card so much, except that I don't recall ever having gotten one previously, so it did seem a bit odd that they would choose this year to start.

Have you been to your office lately? My was delivered there and I have no idea why they chose that address from my profile.
