I was taking a shower about 30 minutes ago (9 am, my time) when air raid sirens went off. Then I received an SMS from the Army telling us to be prepared to enter shelters.

I turned on my television and heard that Israel had attacked an Iranian military installation in Syria which was too close to the Israeli border (about 30 miles from my house). One Israeli jet was shot down (but no Israeli was killed). A short while later I received another SMS saying that the alert has been canceled but that we should remain "ready".

Sorry, I put that question in an ambiguous spot -- meant to refer to the Southwest plane parked at the D terminal vs A/B/C.

Call again and request the change. If you are unsuccessful, hang up and call again.

You may also want to try contacting Delta Air Lines on its Twitter account.

Good luck to you, JetstreamJ; and please report back.
It took four calls over several days but today via HUCA I prevailed. There were still 12 and 8 in FC on the re-routing of the two flights. Thanks Canarsie

The pleasure was all mine, JetstreamJ.

I am glad to help — and persistence once again pays off. Congratulations!
