Ain't that the truth.
Way too often
I absolutely have it high on my bucket list - HNL-GUM with 5 stops in between - heaven.

Thanks for mentioning this, I knew about CO-Mike's stops in HNL/GUM/CNS but had never heard of the island hopper, now looking at getting to next years OzFest that way.
Round 1: Google Flights is straightforward, comes up with MSP-CNS with 3-4 layovers on 3 of the islands & GUM for $2422, but maxes out at 5 flights
Round 2: So I try to set it up on the infamous Dot.Bomb, this is the first offering for the first flight (which on Google Flights was as simple as MSP-SFO-HNL-MAJ), total travel time 48 hours:
Fly to SFO & back to ORD to get to HNL? No thanks
Looks like I'm going to have to work on this a bit!
Just practicing, it's a month early to do any actual bookings for OzFest. Also need to research which 2 or 3 of the islands are the best ones to stop on.
Round 3: was able to coax a more reasonable MSP-GUM w/ stopovers on 3 islands for $1,654 out of Dot.Bomb by breaking up MSP-MAJ, unfortunately Dot.Bomb multi-city maxes at 6 flights.
Round 4: managed to find apparently bookable itins for MSP-MAJ-KOS-TKK-GUM-CNS and then a separate return SYD-MSP for $3321. Just reminding myself that it's Dot.Bomb, and you can't consider it booked until you're actually in the air.

Thank you. LOL!
Thank you!
I love the cake! Thank you!
Thank you!
Thank you!
I had a few of those yesterday.
Yummy! Did you save one for me?
I knew what you meant!
I had a great day--climbing on tanks, hanging out at a great bar, trying lots of different beers, and watching history--a Triple Crown winner.
Thank you!

no, but the bar where I watched the Belmont (Champps @Pentagon Row) and the second half of the Women's World Cup opener (Canada 1 China 0) has it on special for the rest of the month
before migrating to Champps, I had a couple of Black & Tans at Sine while watching the second half of the UEFA Championship (Barcelona 3 Juventus 1), and a Sweetwater IPA at Bonefish during the first half of the women's match

this evening's indulgence will be Red Hook Longhammer IPA, with their ESB as the backup
