is their online chat down?
i cant even find it w a google search. when i input my number via the app, it says it is not able to process my request.

I dont use chat. The first time I tried chat I quickly realized how incapable the person (or AI, if thats what I was corresponding with) was, left chat and called. Id rather wait on hold than be frustrated with someone/something that wasnt able to address my request.
