I get connected to a representative (usually within 1-3 minutes), and I have had great success with canceling flights, changing flights, applying RUCs, getting cleared RUCs returned after canceling flights. Maybe I am just lucky
I don’t use chat. The first time I tried chat I quickly realized how incapable the person (or AI, if that’s what I was corresponding with) was, left chat and called. I’d rather wait on hold than be frustrated with someone/something that wasn’t able to address my request.
