Missing E-Credit
I booked a one way from DAL-PBI on October 28th. I cancelled it a few hours later that day. I received an email stating that I would have an E-Credit of 718.60 valid for travel through December 2023. I'm fine with that but there is no E-Credit in my skymiles account. Yes, I did go to "my profile" and to E-credits and vouchers. Nothing there. I also looked using my phone number and my Delta reserve credit card that I used to book the ticket.
I called the Platinum desk and explained the issue. She said she could see the credit on her end and was going to try and get it to go into my account. After being on hold for a few minutes, I was disconnected. I called again. This time the agent said she could see the credit but was very sorry there was nothing she could do. I asked if a supervisor could help and she said "No".
I really don't like the idea of me having to call in to book a ticket with an E-Credit that I can't even see in my account.
Has this ever happened to anyone else?

Had a similar thing happen back during the height of Covid. Had two paid D1 tickets that the credit was never visible on. The agent insisted they could see them, but after pressing for a supervisor, they magically appeared in our accounts. For piece of mind, I would call back and at least speak to a supervisor. But at a minimum just keep careful record of the ticket number (starts with 006) as that should be number for the credit.
Note that if at some point you use the credit and still have some value left over, it will generate a new credit number to keep track of (also starting with 006).

Its happened to me before as well. The credit is there, agents can see it, but theres nothing you can do to see or use it online. Youll have to call or chat to book a flight with it.
But when you only partially use it, the remaining credit tends to actually show up properly. So theres that.
