In a valiant but probably useless attempt to steer this thread back to the topic at hand 
I had the COZ-ZZZZ stuff on JFK-SFO this morning. I thought the blanket was a tad warm but the pillow was comfortable.

Here's the solution for that, a self inflating lightweight sleeping pad. I use one on MR's like MEX-SCL-MEX where you have 16 hours with a 2 hour break.

It's a good idea, but it's not what I have in mind when flying the "best" product of an airline. AA & UA both offer them.
