pix forthcoming, maybe :/
How were the beers?

My weekend was crazy and I failed to stop at the grocery store. @Mr. Kipper didn't have milk for his coffee this morning, and the only cookies I have in the house are Samoas or Biscoffs. My dinner tonight consists of Biscoff cookies and water because I don't even want to make decaf coffee.

I find that Biscoff cookies pair well with Woodford...or maybe I just happen to have them together often so it feels right.

but THAT said, they had the Old Fashioned for sale by the bottle ... we brought one back to our b&b, and have opted to save it in the fridge for “dessert” tomorrow evening

Today (actually I did it yesterday as soon as my 24 hour window opened) I managed to SDC onto a domestic 777 suites flight in FC in a good seat (and with a decent dinner served). I don't mind the extra thousand or so MQMs that I earned by adding a connection.

OTOH flight was delayed, bags were late, and getting to the airport was an exercise in panic in that there were three accidents in my direction that caused very bad traffic jams on the interstate during the first ten or so miles, with a 45-50 minute trip taking an extra hour. Fortunately I had left earlier than usual in order to check out a lounge ( and I still had time for a very quick visit, so lunch was a small portion of sautιed salmon filet, which was excellent and not expected).

Initially the 777 ATL-MSP flight looked relatively empty but we went to the gate with 65 FC upgrades requested for 0 seats and left behind some standbys (versus 72 coach seats being available when I first looked at the upgrade and standby lists at about T-26).

Possible spoilers.

If you like Thor, do you like long hair, short hair or new Thor?
