Just wanted the lounge to be the first to know. I just booked a flight which will result in me taking my 200th TATL. I have arranged it so it is in D1 on Delta metal. I thought appropriate. Only thing that can change it (and I hope not) is a family emergency. July 26th - August 4th CHA-ATL-MAN then MAN-AMS-ATL-CHA
MSPeconomist, Zorak and ATOBTTR like this.

VS seem to operate their winter-spring -early summer schedule on 744 MAN to MCO and MAN-ATL plus MAN-JFK. JFK was not easy it would have meant MAN-JFK-ATL-CHA with a very late arrival back and tightish connection to clear immigration.
In mid to late summer and early fall they move their 744 to other routes and use A330 on the MAN-ATL route. So on my travel times the VS flight is A330 operated - incidentally so is my DL metal AMS-ATL

I'm glad to know I'm not the only one who tracks milestone flights of various capacities. My flight #500 into the Flight Memory ended up being LAX-KOA (in F ), because one of my test flights at work canceled, and had that not canceled, flight #500 would have been SEA-LAX instead of LAX-KOA.

Still a little ways to go for all of it, but I'm closing in on Flight #1 ,000, 1,000,000 miles of flying as logged in Flight Memory, and much further away, DL 1MMer. I plan to keep track and within reason, do what I can to make sure each flight that crosses those thresholds is something "fun" to celebrate.

Mr. Kipper and I are likely booking a trip to PRG in October once he gets home this weekend. He convinced me to wait to book it until he gets home.

JFK-DCA this past week was my 800th flight on DL; counting all the legacy carriers (Western, National—>Pan Am, and Southern—>Republic—>Northwest) the count is 968 ... last night’s AS flight IAD-SEA pushed my total mileage over 2.5M (commercial flights accounting for about 2.2M)
