Coulter vs. Delta V 2.0

Looks like almost every news site is carrying DL's response to Ann Coulter.

So wait... She was complaining about getting moved from an exit row aisle to a window in the very same exit row? On a ~2.5 hr flight? And didn't say anything to the FA or politely ask the other aisle pax to switch (if the aisle was really that important to her)?

I love aisle seats and all, but...sheeeesh.

The $30 dig at the end of the DL statement is a nice touch.

If you read her twitter feed, you will see she asked the FA why she was being moved, and the FA couldn't give her a reason. I'd agree she probably over-reacted. But it looks like she was moved to accommodate a family seating request where the family was all able-bodied adults. Don't you think DL should consult with the passenger first before simply moving them? Most people don't consider a window to be the same as an aisle and there may be medical reasons for wanting it (such as incontinence).

This is a new version of the story where DL struck back and defended their employees/customers.
