Delta Computers Down

Can't book any flights on medallion line -- say hopefully will be up in a half hour

Funny you should mention this. I was on the train in MSP about 30 minutes ago and overheard a couple gate agents saying they could not access their travel dept online. Way to go Delta IT!!!

That sounds bad. Could this be the beginning of another meltdown?

The DL app and delta.dumb look OK to me, but I didn't try a dummy booking.

Definitely problems with the website too.

Mileage earnings aren't showing up on bookings, secure flight data not filled in. Appears to be a new interface, so that might be part of it.

App and website won't ticket.

Yes. App was working for me a couple minutes ago... unfortunately I need to book a fare only available online.

You know, I make light of the "white guy problems" on here but seriously.. I live in MSP and use Delta weekly. They need to step up their IT game tenfold. If this little endeavor turns out to be another IT fiasco the Mr. Ed needs to be shown the door post haste.

I think they're just making some changes to the website. Still, this should be something that happens on Sunday at 0300.

All of you at home who can't get online, I'll one up you: I'm at MSP and there are NO flights boarding in the gates around me-- they've all stopped, everyone is standing around.
It's been about 30 minutes at least since the problems started for my GAs.
MSP-ORF was supposed to board 33 min ago.... not close as of now.
Wish us luck!

At least for me, I've been seeing the new interface randomly since Wednesday. If I'm not logged in, I see the "new" interface on a dummy booking, but once I log in, it shifts back to the old one and shows the estimated mile earnings.

Oh, now I can't see an upcoming trip, so... that's nice.

Yep. Def down. Can't view any of my trips online. Tried logging out of the app and now can't even log back in. Great!

Glad to see this thread. I did a booking and finished everything, but it wouldn't complete
the reservation. I tried again on my SO's account and I was getting an error on my
Skymiles number. Then I called Platinum and went through a phone tree, only to have
an agent say "our computers are down. Please call back in an hour." Then she hung
up. So much for my brilliant idea of booking a few trips at off hours.
