In a different thread on Flyer Talk there were messages about "unpublished" and "group" fares. Those showed "deeply discounted economy fares" (U, T, E earning only 25% of the miles. Under what circumstances would an individual be purchasing an "unpublished" fare? What's the difference between one of those fares and a typical flight in such a designated fare class that I might purchase online at delta.com? I definitely don't want to be earning only 25% of miles flown. That would make me a VERY UNHAPPY flyer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tickets purchased directly through Delta are considered “published fares” and receive full mileage credit based on the SkyMiles program rules.
