Neither DL nor my own picture, but Marcus Luttrell (Navy Seal whom the movie Lone Survivor is about) posted this on his Facebook page this morning with the caption "Get your nasty a$$ foot off the table where I am trying to eat!" It immediately made me think of this thread...

However, I will agree that it's nasty.

This thread, and my day to day life, are examples of disgusting acts. However, I seriously wonder if someone would actually do that. I hardly even walk around my own apartment totally barefoot (because I have roommates who apparently didn't learn how to sweep/mop floors...), much less public areas and especially not restrooms. Seeing as it's the warm time of the year, lots of people wear sandals and other removable footwear, especially women. I'd be willing to bet she slipped her feet out, and the shoes are lying on the floor right beneath the table.
However, I will agree that it's nasty.

So if she did go to the restroom barefoot, I'd be disgusted, but sadly not at all surprised.

Don't know about that woman, but I see people sans any kind of footwear all the time, in places where you'd think any sane person would want SOMETHING between their skin and the floor/surface they're touching. Not just airports/airplanes, but hotels, movie theaters, shopping malls...you name it.

Selfie with "Class"
I caught this passenger taking a selfie on a flight this past weekend. The picture says it all. He flew in this position for most of the flight and refused to put his computer bag in the compartment above during take-off and landing, telling the flight attendant she would be responsible is something happened to his laptop. The FA did a fab job handling this guy during the flight, avoiding any escalation every time he complained. Kudos to her! Later he even complained to me that his luggage was taking too long to come out. I was not as friendly as the FA!

Wow, from the picture and your description it sounds like he belongs in both this thread and the DYKWIA thread.
