Trashed Airplane Garbage and trash filled the seats of an Airbus A332 aircraft after the conclusion of a Philadelphia Eagles charter flight from Seattle to Philadelphia last year. Photograph posted by FlyerTalk member tod701 on December 12, 2013.

This isn't on Delta, it's on United, but you still will probably find some humor in it and I can't find a similar thread (too bad) in the UA forum.

He wore sandals on the plane, and took them off, to prop one bare foot on the FC seat in front of him. We were in the last row of FC.

I think it was karma (or maybe foot odor?), but the person seated in front of him reclined and straightened his seat maybe a dozen times during the flight. I've never seen someone so busy and apparently indecisive with the angle of their seat.

Thankfully, I didn't smell any feet.

Had an aisle seat next to a guy with Tourette's two days ago, or so we assumed. When the FA asked if we all understood exit row aisle responsibilities, he barked: "Just get on with it!!" She reported him but no re-seating occurred when the lead FA came back and he volunteered the same non-answer snarl. His next tirade followed the captain's announcing a two-minute gate hold for late bags.

Two hours into the transcon, my seatmate started rocking back and forth, slamming his back into the seat and putting his fingers in his ears. He was trying to block out normal-level conversation by two men in the row behind.

When a passenger opened the overhead to retrieve an item, he berated him for moving other people's luggage to reach the back. By this time, though, most everyone realized the guy couldn't help himself and didn't retaliate.

It was a long ordeal. I incurred his thunder leafing through the Sunday NY Times and crossing the imaginary line between us opening pages.

How often do people think the airplane carpet is CLEANED so that they are willing to put their bare feet on it?!

At least as often as the beaches I walk on barefoot, and more often than my lawn.

While the bare feet on the plane gets to me, I tihnk what is even worse are the tons of people who go through security with bare feet... yuck! Do you really want to be walking on that nasty dirty grimy floor with bare feet to put your things through the x-ray and go through the nude-o-scope body scan?
