if he had clothes or shoes on, i wouldn't care so much. i admit i've had to do this, once (but with jeans and shoes) after my knee started swelling up on my trip a few weeks after knee surgery, but that was the only reason why.

the feet on the traytable is complete BS. something would be said in that case

GRAPHIC IMAGE? LOL. For bare feet?!
I hope the OP never goes to a beach or a public pool, you'd have a heart attack.

If it's a slippery slope, bare feet will give you safer traction than would most dress shoes.

It's a safety issue, think of the children!

We have officially reached the end of both class and manners in America.

When on business travel, I now always wear a sports coat, I just want to look and feel more like an adult.

Just because you wear a sport coat doesn't necessarily mean you're wearing shoes...

Fancy, yes, but does that make you more adult like? I put my kids in sport coats, and they are 5 and 2.

It's so childish to think playing dress-up means you're a real grown-up.

Table feet is hardly the worst I've witnessed in the past week in a SC. I would like to reiterate the comments above regarding playing dress-up and the fact that a suit does not make the adult... Loud, obnoxious, rude, pushy, DYKWIA, should all be fought under this rule.

You must be referring to NYPD?

Because obviously you're not talking about the Russian/Canadian fellow in this thread, or the person photographed in a German airport... Right?

PS You will soon be well into being an actual adult and not need to do anything to feel like one

...and you thought "bare feet in Skyclub" was bad! Shoes in seat pockets in BE?

Bare feet sure seemed to draw some chatter a while back:

http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/delta...ra-lounge.html

So is this any place to put your shoes in BE for 8 hrs across the pond?
