I reached Plat late last year and got my PMUs in the mail. They don't expire on 2/28/2010, but are good for one year from 2/28/2010.

How is it that people in Asia are getting their credentials before people in the US?

Received my 2010 PM creds today. As expected, no PMUs. Included was:
- Ugly PM card.
- 2 ugly bag tags.
- 4 drink chits
- 3 Delta Employee 'Job Well Done' cards. Looks like you're supposed to give these to Delta employees who go above and beyond and they get some special mydeltarewardpoints. yeah, ok. First one to give me the 6 PMUs gets all 3.

Mrs. Gargoyles GM packet hasn't arrived yet, and of course my PM packet isn't here either.

My CO gold card and drink coupons arrived yesterday, but nothing yet from Delta.

Rec'd mine yesterday... I second your comment about the cards. They ARE fugly! No PMUs either, though aren't those a perk one chooses?

The beef some of us have (not sure yet whether I'm in that camp, but that's a different story...) is that people who qualified for PM earlier in 2009 (say, October) got their PM packet in the mail back then, complete with PMUs that expire in 2011. Those who qualified later in the year (say, late November and beyond) never got that packet, and never got their PMUs. Personally, I believe that the PMUs that did get sent out SHOULD have expired 2/28/2010, and then we'd all (more or less) be in the same boat right now, with 2010 PMUs/SWUs only available from the PM choice benefit you refer to. Unfortunately, someone at DL messed up, and that didn't happen.

No PM packet for me in the bay area yet... Can't wait to see how ugly the cards really are!!
As far as the "job well done" certs go, I actually enjoy getting those, and happily use them to reward excellent experiences. I think that it helps in keeping employees motivated to do their best, and would encourage everyone who gets them to use them when they feel like they've had a great experience.

My PM credentials showed up in the mail today. I live in the ATL area. Contents identical to what others have posted. Card design is meh. I also received my complimentary (used to be lifetime) GM/2MM package a week or two ago. I crossed that threshold several years ago.
