Should a GM who qualified for PM in December have received a set of PMUs good through 2/28/2010? No love here from DL except for a "congrats" email.

I also qualified in December and have the same question. I can now pick my 2010 Platinum Medallion Choice Benefit online, but wonder if I'm due anything from last year? Never got a packet, and it's my first time as DL Plat, so I don't know exactly what you should get.

Got the same packet as Global Hi Flyer. While I understand this is my "annual" gold status by virtue of being a2MM and that my PM packet is yet to come, my reaction was somewhat similiar, primarily because the tags and card are so poorly done.

It's a Gold Medallion card, with a large Million Miler "logo"...but underneath they have overprinted in small black type "2MM." The overprint looks seriously tacky, like something I might have added with a fine-point pen.
The letter starts out stating that "only a select group of members will ever travel 2 million miles, earning you a distinct place" blah...blah..bla.

Seriously Delta. If Starwood can imprint the # of years I have been a Platinum with them on my card, can't you even produce cards with a 2MM logo raher than this lame overprint? Better yet, why can't you send us the card for our annual earned status (in GHF and my case, Platinum) with the 2 MM recognition on that card?

I'll bite my tongue if my Platinum card arrives with the 2MM acknowledgement, but sadly, since the Platinum cards I received while I was "just" a MM did not acknowledge that status, I am not holding my breath.

Bump, because I'm still curious as to what others who made Plat last year got. What was in the Plat Medallion package that I never got?

As a PM, I still havent recieved my packet, and my mother who is a FO hasnt recieved hers either.

My wife is in the same boat. I inquired about this yesterday, and SMS told me she would be receiving her 6 PMUs in addition to her choice benefit.

I certainly hope that will be the case, but I seriously have my doubts. Or, we'll get them after their expiration date.

I qualified for PM in December and am still waiting for my credential packet. I'm hoping it will arrive any day now based on SkyMilesInsider's post about the mailing schedule on another thread.

I too made PM in November, but have not received my credentials...

I've received the "Welcome, charter Diamond..." letter, and the Choice Benefits page is open to me. But that's it. As for the shortcomings of the Choice Benefits selection options, see the other thread.

On the letter, it says in addition, we have a special gift for you. More details can be found on the enclosed card. But, there was no card enclosed...unless you include the Amex ad insert. Did anyone else see that line in their letter? Is there a special gift that Delta is offering for certain Medallions this year? (Im not referring to Choice Benefits, this was more along the lines of a surprise gift).

I got NADA and hit Plat last Oct.
