I know your questions are intended for FlyStef, but I did Antarctica & South Georgia on Seabourn Quest in 2014/2015 as well as a couple of expedition voyages on Seabourn Venture & Pursuit this year. I will go on the other thread to comment on some of your questions.

Being Bipolar, in addition to booking our Antarctica and South Georgia Island cruise, we booked the Seabourn Venture for 12 nights to explore Svalbard, Greenland and Iceland. Starts June 6, 2025.

We have done some future bookings recently, got hit by the 'how can we not have anything booked' bug:

- Seabourn Encore 6/15/25 Istanbul to Athens
- SeaDream II 2/14/27 (!!) St Martin to St Thomas

Prices are getting very pricey for some of these, hence the booking out to 2027 for a decent deal.
If you haven't already done so, please consider adding these voyages to the Wiki above.

Unfortunately, we've had to cancel our first two cruises of 2025 for health reasons. I hope we don't need to cancel any more!

21 days till this cruise. There were a whole series of price reductions awhile back, so our travel agency got us upgraded to a two-bedroom family suite in The Haven. Ridiculously large for two people, but we are not complaining. I have to say our travel agency has done great job thus far.

Hopefully things will resolve in the best-way possible. Our upcoming cruise in a few days (fly out this Sunday) is the beginning of a new era, my wife living past her cancer's initial expiration date some months back and hopefully passing many more anniversaries of that expiration date down the road.

This getting older thing... it's a bit tougher and more frustrating than I thought!

I'm on a booking spree. Just booked 21 days on MSC Yacht Club for January 2026, and will shortly book 32 days on Silversea for April/May 2026 (once our status match goes through) and our first Ponant cruise for January 2027.

I did the same thing this year. Had six back to back cruises booked. When it got close to 2 months I was ready for a break.😅 I never get exhausted from land travel, but cruising seems to wear me out after many weeks.

Enjoy your cruising!

Just made final payments on two of my bookings for this year. Now that my schedule is "work-free", I was finally able to book a longer voyage in May up the western coast of Europe, with 3 days in Bordeaux. During my work years, it was impossible to fit anything in during May/June due to conference schedules.

May 27th - Silversea Silver Spirit - Lisbon to Southampton
July 27th - Silversea Silver Spirit - Stockholm to Copenhagen
