CitiAA Plat Miles Crediting Problem

I had the same problem, reached 750 and 10K in the same month, statement showed 20K bonus, 10K bonus and purchase miles, AA only showed 10K bonus and purchase miles. Still waiting for the 20K.

First time this month in nearly 2 years of churning that bonus miles did not appear in my AA account - I wrote a VERY strongly worded email to Citi stating that I know its a fault in the Citi system and that ONLY CITI (not AA) could fix the problem.

Well maybe coincidence - but today, 20000 miles are in my AA account - and I have never had the experience of spend miles and bonus miles appear seperately (4 days apart)

Dont waste time on phone talking to clueless CSR who simply will give you the standard excuses.

Just got my bonus miles as well. Only took two calls and one e-mail to Citi to get them to rectify the problem. Thanks for all the help!
