Nwa Cc?

Is there any good bonus for NWA CC? I've looked around and the best I see is 7500 miles. That seems paltry in view of the other airline's offers. Any info on is is appreciated.

Check Gary's site at http://www.freefrequentflyermiles.com/index.htm under credit cards with annual fee.

You should be able to get 20,000 miles for the signature and/or business Visa. Big banner ad everytime I go to nwa.com

Make sure "....... Plus" is disabled first, if you have it. It's a great program but it does block most banner ads.

Just a heads up that this offer probably will be on its way out somewhat soon, with the news that NWA will be absorbed by Delta within the next few months.

Where did you hear that? I haven't heard any such news! You need to stop paying attention to whatever erroneneous news source you're using.

I know, you're referring to the merger. But I'm referring to the "witiin the next few months" inaccuracy.

They're not even going to get DOJ approval "within the next few months", and until they get that, it's just an announcment!

Meanwhile, once the deal is finalized, it'll still be quite a while before they actually merge their operations (this sort of stuff does not happen overnight -- see AA/TWA, see US Air/America West, etc).

All true - but generally CC offers tend to get pulled well ahead of the actual merging of operations. This has happened in the past with TWA, Pan Am, and several other carriers no longer in operation. Most of their partner banks that offered CC's with mileage bonuses were put on the shelf well ahead of the actual deals ("..see AA/TWA, see US Air/America West, etc"). Some banks such as US, Juniper, etc stop pre-buying miles in anticipation of major program changes and mileage devaluation.

I did disable the adblocker and there was the offer. Thanks for the help.
