Tried it twice on my Penfed card and got credited within a couple of days.

Tried it twice on my husband's card and got credited for 1st txn but not for 2nd.

All 4 txns were using the United App and buying the $50 Walmart GC. What do I do now for my missing refund? The 800 number for Penfed is not very easy to reach plus don't know if I should mention that I bought a Walmart GC. Technically, it's for a travel related purchase. Please help :( .

I wouldn’t call. How long has it been since the purchase for the one that hasn’t been credited? Each of mine took different lengths of time. Some a couple of weeks.

The credit finally posted on 12/22. Interestingly that is when I used up the $50 Gift card at Walmart. Could be coincidence but I think once the gift card is used up the credit shows up. I know couldn't possibly be related but the other 3 gift cards I used up the same day I bought them and the credit showed up in 2 days. But thanks for all your help Corridor! . Happy New Year :)

Anyone used MPX in 2020?

I got the letter from them about no more online loading (Serve etc.) as well as a letter describing what abuse was in their opinion (bill payors etc.)

Those were generic letters, not about my usage.

I can't see this card staying the same over the long run though.

Nevermind the fact you're calling to ask for a credit that you shouldn't get per T&Cs. Just generally don't call the bank. Glad you got all 4 though, it always pays to wait

Bought Home Depot GCs from MPX on 1/7 and am still waiting on the credit to post as of 1/14. Home Depot GCs worked across two different accounts in December of last year.

I'm having same issue with Lowes. When looking at reward points, there is no travel bonus, so I suspect it will not qualify for the credit.

has anyone used the credit 'correctly' this year? Would like to see some DPs if those have posted yet, b/c I'm still waiting for my Walmart GC via MPX

I have used for actually paying for my bags on United & Jet Blue and got reimbursed :-)
