Good one. :D Mind if I use it?

By the way, congrats to all the interviewees today, and good luck.

That's comforting. Kind of. Maybe.;)

Oddly enough I was glad not to be on anyone's radar today - and that was a very strange feeling. :)

Be my guest. I'll credit my first SANS class 7-8 years ago for the inspiration. 6 days of 9 hour Powerpoint presentations. Each day was its own 2" thick book and then you had to cart them home.

Today is another lazy cooking day - baked chicken and baked potatoes.

That was today. At one point I looked at one slide that had some graph with no axis titles and I said "I really don't know what this slide is trying to say"

Question for the more frequent London travelers...

If taking the Heathrow Express, how long before your flight's departure would you leave Paddington Station?

Which terminal? The train ride is only 15-20 minutes. The walk varies depending on the terminal.

Oops - minor detail. It would be the afternoon CO flight, so T4.

One of the entities for whom I officially teach just sent an e-mail to everyone in the system, saying our usernames and passwords are both set as firstname.lastname. I became the Usain Bolt of password changes ...

With all of the security at LHR to the US, 3 hours is likely cutting it too close these days but I've done that with no problems. The CO people seem to get pissy if you are at the check-in counter around T-2 hours when things were normal. CO Elite access lines help dramatically in the UK.

All of Middle Tennessee is under a Winter Storm watch for Friday now. A lot of the area had been under an ice storm watch, so snow's an improvement.

Yahoo Mail offers txt alerts, you can set it up to sms you when an e-mail comes in from certain address, then go read said e-mail via wap

Alright, I've changed direction and decided I may indeed rent a car for three days from Enterprise under their 50% off weekend promotion, which would allow me to make a Hyatt run, visit Costco, clear my head, earn Choice Privileges points, and avoid the public bus on Monday for less than $70 a.i.

Planing to do some ice skating?
I'm busily writiing down ALL options to get me out of BNA and Back to RDU tomorrow evening, instead of Friday
