About sweet tea, one summertime fav of mine is making sun brewed tea, that stuff is wonderful, it beats Bush's and Chicken Express' tea everyday, but it has to be festering heatwave to make it that is the downside!

Should be able to hit the milestone this evening. With my luck it will happen on my drive home since all the east coasters are commuting or are otherwise engaged this hour.

Oh, nifty. I forgot that my access point at home supports PoE, so now I don't have to drop electrical and Ethernet into the pantry of the new place to support the AP.

Real tough  Had tea though. Of course there was  from a certain someone here when me and the GC were talking about tower cranes and how the low man on the crew is the one who has to make the coffee/lunch runs.

Good afternoon, Box.

As Olton Hall quite rightly noted, Lake Brit now has foundation walls installed.

Very cool!

What was even cooler was having OH there to describe the engineering of such, and how good they were, etc. Put my mind at ease about the whole thing.

It was pretty cool to watch the walls being dropped into place. The accuracy of installation was amazing. They were spot on. Exactly in the right place. And very, very straight!

We did not do Dunkin' unfortunately. However, Olton Hall and I did have tea on the neighbour's lawn! Sainsbury's Red Label English Tea at that! Sadly, it was not in a china tea cup, rather a plastic cup!

Oh yeah, I also took OH to lunch at MeeMahs Malaysian restaurant in Edison. Yummeh!

Thank you!

This feels like a mammoth step, and a huge hurdle has been crossed. I am hoping that the job will move more quickly now.

It's good to see something tangible happening. Nice, straight, tall, gorgeous looking (:D:rolleyes:) basement walls!
