First course was some terrific downunder mussels in a Thai preparation that was very good and even better when soaked in a bit of bread. :o

But the main dish was a supremely creative piece of snapper steamed in a corn husk served with a combo sweet corn and risotto side all on top of large panels of grilled green and red pepper all touched with a tomato vinaigrette sauce.

Writing this description is almost like reliving the experience. :)
