Sunshine reports that it is an error that will be escalated to her manager who will, in due turn, pass it off to the, "technical team" to be resolved within 48 hours. I suppose we'll wait and see. :-:

That's done now. I *think* (hope and pray) she can get through their open enrollment period next month on her own. It's not easy to work with someone who is so phobic of a computer that she's afraid she'll break it just turning it on in the morning.
