W Chicago City Center tried to stick me with a minibar charge (I didn't use the minibar). Told me I could only dispute by speaking with the accounting dept. manager (who conveniently doesn't answer her phone). Actually, Amex was more than happy to dispute the charge on my behalf. Hope they enjoy the charge-back fee. :)
