2 random questions for the box: for the P+ threshold for next year, if you book a companion do you get "credit" for their fare? And, what if you use TravelBank credits?

I think the best way to describe it is as follows (my words):

To answer your specific questions, no and yes -- if applied to a CO ticket on CO metal for you, not the companion.
