Then sold the remainder back to AmEx Travel Services upon my return, when the euro was at the high point for 2008 ^ Nice little serendipitous outcome.

I'm about to walk up the hill to the local store, get another roll of toilet paper.

fixed it for ya

Periods of snow. Areas of blowing snow. Windy. Much colder. New snow accumulation of 1 to 2 inches. Total snow accumulation 2 to 4 inches. Near steady temperature in the lower 30s. Northwest winds 20 to 30 mph increasing to 25 to 35 mph in the afternoon. Chance of precipitation 80 percent.

4 inches of snow! this would be the most in 15 years!

Looks like I just beat out the snow and stuff in OKC. I need to check and see if they EWR ERJ made it out at 7:30.

Yesterday he calls me up and asks if I left a knee high stocking behind. I could hear his partner in the backroom stating, "you know you had a great party when undergarments are left behind!" :D

There were only 5 of us there and the only men are gay!

Can you arrange for me to meet your friends in two weeks ;)

I can't wait until I give it to her, she has been complaining for years that she does not get to see any of the pictures I take.

Made an SD card of my travels for the family to get for Xmas!

Best kind of gifts. Gift giving has come full circle. We use to make homemade gifts when we were little. Then we start earning money and spend a fortune of things our moms really don't need or what and now we are back to making those homemade gifts again. :)

My mother has everything and then some. I now send her a huge expensive flower arrangement for the holidays.

Mom paid for my ticket home, she gets a fully cooked meal. She wins, I hmmm!

Sounds like a wise move - if you can get into the Oasis lounge, enjoy it (it's my favorite JFK lounge...).

Speaking of lounges, does anyone know if LH *G get into the IAH airport Executive Lounge in the international terminal as the LH lounge is now gone??

Damm Boys!! Yall are quick.

This past week has proved why the Box is so great, plan a tripto NYC for NYE, offer of multi places to stay, many people to see, and one sends me connections for getting a date. WOW, the Box is more usefully than a AANgel!!

Also meant to mention that Hobby lost power today and people were out in the cold for hours. People delayed for three to six hours missing tons of slights as SWA computers are not on computer back up. There are twitter pics out there but cooking dinner so no linkavaliable although I hear it is on the local 4 channel website! WOW!!

Nothing wrong with some man-scaping! The optical inch is very important!

Very nice thoughts both ways.

And I'm glad PH Tokyo still does the coffee / tea for elites - I've heard that's disappeared from some hotels (and I always get the tea or coffee a few hours before I head to breakfast). I'm considering doing the PH Paris diamond breakfast as room service because:

A. The only place I've ordered room service (aside from coffee / tea) has been in Paris.
B. Some of the photos I've seen of the breakfast make me think I might only have to pay for a daily snack. And I'm not kidding.

First part of Christmas excursion throughout Los Angeles is done. I had a delightful time on the 110 behind a Christmasy 4 car pileup. Lisa is baking more cookies and swearing. I really love the holidays!

Christmas is a bad time to be on the roads. I saw the traditional 40 miles of northbound FAIL on I-95 due to volume north of Baltimore and then dealt with Laurel, MD. Cookies are good, swearing bad.
