I was not impressed by Mr. Fox but the girls enjoyed it fine. I slept through at least 20 mins of it.

It isn't really a kids' movie. It's a regular Wes Anderson movie pretending to be a kids movie.

The set design is something else.

I take BA miles, myself (used to take DL occasionally when I was worried about keeping that account alive). Got 1500 miles the last time I stayed at a Dos Arboles.

Did her EUA clear? :p

NO! So Plus1 had to sit in back! She was #7 on the list as a plat comp. (she had been #6 as a gold, but the later flight was delayed almost 2 hours, so had some people move over to ours).

She and I watched home alone because her DVD player was not working. I was just reading and listening to Christmas Carols, but Home Alone called me. I made a special point of telling her all the parents were in front and the kids in the back when flying; the way it should be!

Well, I think it is time for beddy-byes for me.

Planning kitchens is an exhausting task and I am now officially brain-dead.

But, I have a great new kitchen planned and I'm very excited to see it come to fruition, even if it is bankrupting me in the process....:D

I just thought of something horrible. Since I thought my holiday greeting video was dead, I stopped trying to get my voice in shape for it. Well not that I have a work around for my technical issues, my voice isn't where it should be. I need mwg to wipe me into singing shape.

Alright....bedtime for me.

Sorry I've been pretty much absent from Box-land for the last couple months....lots going on in the GadFly universe! It was very ^ to come back here for at least a little while to talk to y'all and boost my lame-a$$ post count a little.

Olton Hall & Brituchenite, let's all keep our eyes peeled for that movie opening and come up with a good date to have a micro-DO.

G'night box.

That doesn't explain why I didn't like it! ;)

Mine is too (I normally dominate every other trivia competition at work), just not holiday trivia which tends to be very movie-centric.

This one had more stuff about songs than movies; but I excel at both owning every Christmas song known to mankind and almost every movie. I was amazed that hardly anyone knew Scrooge's first name!

Speaking of movies, I'm happy on the prospects that the last two Harry Potter movies may be rated R.
