Ib's C is just as bad. I don't even think you get lieflats on ib c.

The UA site does back-end caching based on your cookies so you don't see updates.

If you fire up a different browser you should be able to see it.

There are times when folks can get US agents. It's all about how the queues are balanced and where people are available.
