Coach Dennis must not have had his glasses on if he did not know what coverage they were in, clearly it was the 'let's rest on our laurels and go to OT' coverage

I was in Berlin in January. There is no "wall" to see in most places; however, if you have a long layover there is a long stretch near Checkpoint Charlie. (Most of the original wall has been torn down to facilitate redevelopment.)

To get from TXL to the Central Berlin (Mitte), you need to take a bus to a U-Bahn. This takes under an hour. I will look into my trip notes to see if I can find more details for you.

Thanks FTLURKER!! I had forgotten that most of the original wall was gone. I actually peed on part of it in LAS!!

There is some of it on the land that formerly housed my fraternity in Hamilton, NY. I have peed on wall also.

LOL :D

It only takes half an hour to get from the airport to Checkpoint Charlie. There is a museum there, but we didn't go because they were about to close for the day.

I found my notes from last year:

Transfer: Bus 128 to Kurt Schumacher Platz then U6 Metro to Kochstraße– 30 min €2.10

Hope this helps!

We went to the bar to help a friend celebrate their 30th. When I got to the bar, I asked them to turn on the baseball game instead of ESPNews, since it was in the 7th inning. Bartender (male): "Oh, there's a game on? Who's playing?" ; "The Yankees." "Oh, ok. What channel is it on?"

Welcome to the Box.

Please game end. Still far from being as long as that WS game 1 between the mets and the yankees. That ended around 3 AM Eastern.

That's the good thing about now being based in the Central time zone... the game ended around midnight ^

My former company (Bausch & Lomb) has a very large intact section of the wall in the corporate HQ building in Rochester, NY. It's in the cafeteria (which is also open to the public). While I may not have peed on it, I have looked at it while eating freed:rolleyes:m fries.

I would consider taking an aisle in anything but the bulkhead honestly.

Greetings from CO 6 on the way back to IAH.

Got the same crew as the way out and they were quite confused. Oh well, should make for an interesting flight.

ROFLMAO!! I think this is the best part about doing a quick turn or a overnight. As you board or the crew serves drinks they look at you and think, Didnt I just see that person. Then they think " I know that I signed up for this travel to nowhere but why the H*ll would anyone fly to not see the destination all that much or none at all?"

Last December while mileage running for Gold I had that ??? by the FA a few times. Best was in SAT when the FA looked at me, looked at seat 1A (seat on the IAH-SAT trip over) and was like ??? I said "yes that was me" :)

I am sure someone in the PC audit department, if they have one, was also as equally  as I did three turns that day (OKC-IAH-SAT-IAH-SAT-IAH-DFW-IAH-OKC). each time I went down to the PC and got a drink and reading materials for the ride back!!
