People never cease to amaze me. A family of 3 ( grandpa, grandma and their daughter). Grandpa appears to have alzheimers and couldn't lift *any* of his bags into the overhead (he was wheelchaired on the plane). Neither of his companions were bothering to help while he struggled. They were discussing their seats. I had to step in and assist. Daughter thanks me profusely for helping.
