ALCO really prefers the instant rebate, call me up and ask for some beer, then we get disconnected. I get him some Shock Top, and he gets the beer, walla 100% instant rebate for alco.

How I get most of my beer ...

Anyway, right now, I have a $15 rebate on Coors if I also buy $30 in steak sitting on my steak. I pick up Coors (or Coors Light) for $13.49 at Kroger, place in fridge and use for cooking as the need arises. When guest arrives and said individual is not discerning, offer him/her a Coors.

I've gone through two different Coors, a Modelo, a Corona, a Guinness (good beer), and a Heineken rebate the last three months alone.

I did not realize that Modelo offered rebates. Even though it is a low-cost beer, I actually find Modelo Especial ideal for drinking in extremely hot/humid weather (perfect for teh Pit, really). Negra Modelo is fine for any occasion, IMO. It may not be in the same league as St. Bernardus or Julius Echter, but I think it is a fine beer.

That works for you? Cool!

When I was a corporate trainer, part of the (de facto) job was drinking customers under the table.

I will take my horrible quote away.

Beer rebates are a great concept. Everyone has the "duuuuudddeee - beer, man" colleague.

The Beck's in my fridge was also heavily subsidized - $15 back for buying an $8 seis pack and seafood.

Your beverage and/or dinner tab is on me at the next  function. The steaks were killer. Even in my highly inebriated state, they were quite tasty.

That was back to the musical interlude. And I do use Seagram's Extra Dry Gin to make some great martinis.
