Position the car at the top of a hill, or have people push the car.
Depress the clutch completely.
Put the car in second gear.
Turn the ignition to on (not start).
Let go of the brakes. Keep the clutch depressed. You'll start coasting down the hill or moving due to people pushing.
Let go of the clutch quickly when the speed reaches 5 miles per hour. The engine should turn and start. If it doesn't, try depressing and releasing the clutch again.

Memories ....! I used to have to do this all the time when I was in college!!

Immigration at IAH beats a new record for me.......total of 2 hours from getting in line till rechecking bags......I am a non-US citizen BUT the citizens/residents line was at full capacity.......

This means....no club hopping for me (with a 3:30 hour layover I expected to be able to visit the PC's at terminal A & B but barely made it to the one on E with enough time to swallow a few beers)

Good evening, Box! Back from MCI. FA on the flight back must have switched over from WN; she was telling all the corny WN "jokes" during the announcements. Moron in front of BL JR didn't want to take out his headphones despite several polite requests from the FA. I thought he was going to delay the flight but he finally relented after she said "Sir, I've asked you nicely". Same issue at landing (and also same issue with guy in front of me who could figure out how to recline his seat, but not put it up ). MCI's CO terminal is very blech. Now, to catch up on the box.

Wow my house is down to 82 degrees.

MCI is very bleth, like a smaller DFW and not nearly as user friendly.

baglady and everyone

Someone told me about this video

All I could think was "if I had to hear this every single time I fly....I would end up in handcuffs"

Exhibit A (and I am not a lawyer!)

I lasted about 5 seconds into that the first time I saw it.

Anyone here have CLEAR? Not anymore. Can't imagine it lasted this long. They had a minimum of 3 people staffing that lane in ALB and I never saw anyone go through it.

The uberdouche sitting behind us just gave the conductor lip when told to quiet down. This guy looks like Anthony Michael Hall circa Breakfast Club, and has the attitude of a UA forum regular.

Speaking of which - I bought a yellow polo yesterday and was thinking of popping the collar.

Wow - 2 DC Metro trains (red line) have collided. There are supposedly lots of injuries and some possible fatalities.

A station away from my mom (Brookland / CUA).

I broke open a bottle of Charles Shaw to help make mussels. I do mussels about once a week.

That's essentially all of MCI.

Son's collar bone surgery is scheduled for tomorrow at 3:15pm. One plate and lots of screws. 1.5 hours of surgery, 1.0 hours of post-op.
Glad I have tomorrow off.

No longer true but windier than I care to talk about...one might refer to it as "blustery", if I may use such language.

Said blusteriness is making for fun approach watching into LGA. Something about a ballgame too.

I love my wine pours - a glass essentially equals two splits.
