Sign number 462 you need to see an orthopedic specialist: when walking up stairs the person next to you looks at you aghast and says "I hope you're making popcorn."

Since the Box is quiet, may I pony up a stupid question, not worthy of the regular CO forum, and yet needing an answer?

That's the Taiwanese translation. In Hong Kong we translate it to "wagon going over mountains".

If someone knows the answer, you'll most likely get help.
Well I hope so! :D Here is the question: We have an award flight to DEL with my CO miles. The first segment of the flight is on DL to ATL. The second (and rest of outbound) is on CO. (atl- ewr-del). How the heck to check in for this flight? Normally, on paid airfare, I can get my boarding passes all the way through. Last time I flew an award from CO, it was NW outbound, DL return. CO instructed me to check in with the operator of the originating flight (e.g. NW in that case for outbound, DL for return). No problems there. In the DEL situation, do I check in with DL for the first leg and then check in separately for the following CO legs? Or (in theory) should CO be able to handle this? See? Stupid question. In all my years of travel, I thought I would have known this. No such luck. Any input would be helpful. |

So I am realizing that my G1 is not that hot for use with corporate email. Should I go Blackberry (my hosted exchange service supports it) or one of the fun other HTC phones that support direct push?
Before I updated the operating system on the tilt to 6.1 I was running EMOZE for my corporate email. It worked, but sucked the battery dry. Now that activesync is doing the email work, battery life is much improved. The Fuze is way pretty, but Baglady is not in love with the touch interface. Time will tell if it's a keeper for her. Her phone came with Opera as the default browser, I had to buy my copy as the mobile version of IE is . ATT was good about unlocking my phone so I could use prepaid sim cards while traveling overseas. |
I actually learned something from watching Bill Maher - the term "jump the shark" came from a Happy Days episode where the Fonz jumped a shark. Who knew?
