The planes are taking off the wrong way at PHL...northbound takeoffs are much more difficult to shoot.
But good for landings if you are willing to walk out under the approach path. My experience is that you do not generally get arrested. ;)
We need to do that again and bring wider lenses and/or more people. I want to find a legit parking area and walk where you did, and I want to try and get out on the light pier...that might draw some attention, but if we can get some good shots, so be it.

HTC and anything made by them are spawns of satan. If you value your sanity (doesn't seem like you do, as you spend so much time in the box, but just in case), stay away. In a first for me... At a bar in CLT earlier today, done with lunch and half-way through a pre-departure beverage.. ~30-25mins before boarding the ERJ. Phone rings.. Unfamiliar number.

"Hello?"
"Oh hi! This is Debbie at gate A:rolleyes: here in CLT. We were wondering if you're going to be joining us today for the flight to EWR? We're pretty much done boarding and just wanted to let you know so you could head on down..."

Saw the Devils 727 parked at EWR today while landing on 11. Didn't realize they had their own plane, but this explains why ConciergeMike got into plane spotting.

I have heard great things, but my big paws need a real keyboard.

3.0 coming out this summer (software, not a new iphone) should support the widescreen keyboard throughout, I believe. Right now you only get that in safari and select other apps. The widescreen keyboard should work pretty well, even for the large-pawed. Of course, Y:rolleyes:MV, as always.
