Didn't that happen at the CO do, someone found the bleed air switches?

Bleed air requires either the APU or an air cart hooked up.

True, but those people likely did not know that at the time. Of course, we could all be doomsayers and someone could have thrown a switch by banging themselves against the panel as they got into or out of one of seats up front.

It's a beautiful 79 degrees here. Wish it would rain though, the grass needs it and my roof is dusty.

I would think that they would've disabled the APU so that nothing could be cranked up. The lights were running on ground power.

No offense, but I don't get having Kobe beef in a burger (of any kind). The whole point of Kobe (wagyu) beef is that the steaks are well marbled and melt in your mouth. Grind it up, well, you might as well get the 80% or 75% beef they use in the supermarket. :-:

I am on track to make Priority Club Plat this year. This is fun.:D

You think? I can't imagine that the CO event management people were sitting in a meeting saying "If we're going to put an aircraft on display for these people, let's make sure they don't try to start it up."

No offense taken.:) I thought the burger itself was great with the grilled onions and cheese and the soft roll it was served on, but unless someone told me it was Kobe beef, I never would have noticed it was different from 'regular' beef.

I had a lot of fun at the World of Coke. And you get to taste some truly indescribable global concoctions.

I've done the 20 or so sampler tray before in LAS

One restaurant chef told me that the whole point of Kobe is that it is the beef world's equivalent to good vodka. The best Kobe tastes like nothing. The few times I've had Kobe sliders, that seemed to be the case, as I didn't taste much past the toppings on the slider.

Well, my wife won't be wearing high heels, but we'll do what we can to fit in. :D
