Sigh, actual work is getting in the way again.

ALCO, if teh SPG points don't make it to AS by Monday, give SPG a call on Tuesday and ask them to put a  airline transfer follow-up on your account.

Also, let me add my congrats to your having finished law school. I haz one of those Summa Cum Laude's from under-graduate work, but can't even begin to imagine what it must have taken to do that in post-graduate studies, so ^^.

They'd better be tasty, and much appreciated.

How is it being prepared? That matters almost as much as the cut of meat. One can do wonders with a cheaper piece of meat depending on the ultimate desires (think skirt steak in fajitas). At those prices I'm guessing two each two pound porterhouses or similar.

I was on relatively short flights (GRU-FLN-GRU), and don't recall the flights being particularly memorable in any regard, aside from the mystery meat sandwich (that CO 1E and I nicknamed the "Tapir Sandwich") on our JJ flight.

It would be funny to watch while IBAMA (federal agency which, among other things, enforce wildlife protection in Brazil) raids JJ catering kitchens looking for evidence that they are serving tapir sandwiches :D

Yes, finally Friday:p! I've got a 3 day event so I can pick up my son so I'll be exploring the Catskill region. Got a luv a GPS when you can try new routes at will^. Expecting a comatose face with 5 days of exams crammed into 2.5 in his schedule:(

Absolutely. There's a time and a place for all meat to meet my mouth. :p

A porterhouse and a NY Strip. Both prime dry aged.
Kosher salt, fresh ground pepper, on the grill. Haven't had access to a grill in over 6 months...really looking forward to it...just didn't realize how $$$ it would be.

^. With high-quality meat like that, you keep it simple.

Today in History: George Lucas was born in 1944. In 1998 he joined the Dark Side to create the prequels.

Apparently they're saying the Austin Music Hall is much smaller than the other venues Conan O'Brien has played thus far, so it should be a good show. ^

In other news, I decided that instead of buying a new notebook, I would just upgrade my HD. I purchased a Seagate 500GB/7200 HDD for my notebook at Micro Center for $89 ^^

I guess I will be backing up my files this weekend.
