Finally got my intra-Brazil flights sorted. No can haz award ticket for GIG-REC (only on return). At least the one-way ticket was reasonably priced.

Client wants to get feedback from the branches at the end of the training week. We have a feedback form that we use that is actually pretty good as far as these things go. It's not a "smile sheet", it actually manages to elicit some constructive responses from our customers. We usually get a 30-40% response rate, which is pretty good too. I modified it to be more specific to this client's rollout, and even shortned it because I knew that would be an objection. Their response was that it was still too long. They want it to be no more than 10 questions and all on a 1 - 5 scale, no free form responses. A sample question from their form: "The training was helpful". :rolleyes::mad: The only reason I care is that a significant component of my performance review is based on this feedback. |

I was checking connection flights from Brazilian cities I've never heard of. No dice. My one option was a flight routing through GRU, with a 6 hour layover, that arrived into REC at 02:20am. Considering it would have cost 45 Quid per ticket (change fees and new taxes), it made sense to just buy a one-way.
