Karaoke would be much more bearable if all the participants looked like the girl on the poster. :p

I seems I'm going to have to make a giant decision in a couple of days. Last week's interview did go well. They are going to give me an offer later this week. Crap that means I'm going to have to choose between current position FT and that one. Both have pluses and minues.

Hopefully which ever one you chose will make you happy:)

First, check your stock award agreement. If it says that you get it on a certain business day, then you should proceed. If it says that you get it at "reasonable time after vesting and processing" then you may have an issue getting value.

Assuming the case is the latter, escalate it to Payroll, then the Director of HR, then the Ombudsman (if your company has one) or General Counsel etc.

Chances are, they'll give you the closing value of the stock on the date of your agreement.
