I know that in certain lines of work one does very little OTHER than poke at spreadsheets; I envy you if you truly enjoy it and sympathize deeply if it maddens you.

Next time, I really should ask for help before 2 AM. I think I figured it out but the results were very unexpected (so good as to seem unrealistic). Not sure whether I managed to make a mistake somewhere or the results were, well, so good as to seem unrealistic.
