This is beginning to look okay: no control premium on the stock, CO top management, a straight 50-50 board, the better UA brand but CO livery features. Sort of like, in banking, when NorWest bought Wells Fargo and ultimately took on the latter's identity, or First Union bought Wachovia with the same result.

Life may go on. Things might be a little strange out there in the forum, though, I suspect.

Do have one question: does UA have a counterpart to Scott O'Leary on FT?
