FlyerTalk Forums - The Penalty Box

I have one. I cannot for the life of me figure out what I'm supposed to use it for. It is huge, so not particularly portable. The battery life is just OK. The screen isn't great for reading.

I've been told about apps that I should look in to but most are just iPhone apps so they look like crap on the screen. Beyond a glorified video player I'm not sure what I should be using it for.

I cant get over their requirement. I don't know how you manage to keep that status with out a lot of work sponsored travel.

I get 15 nights from the credit card. I drove from SAN to IAH twice (once for wedding, second time for moving), had some work-related travel, and double elite qualification nights. My chances of hitting it again this year are somewhat low, depending on how it works out with my wife's potential master's program at Texas A&M. If she has to go to CLL for a couple nights a week it might be possible. Otherwise I'll be looking to SPG or Hyatt for a bail out status match in November or so.

I think I remember reading that there was a special customer service line for stuff like that. Perhaps Starwood Lurker will wander back in and remind us all.
