Let's see:

1) I was sick all weekend.
2) A person who lives in our building must have flung their door open because there is a giant dent on the passenger door of our car. We know who the person is and we've seen them hit the car before, just not with this much force. :mad:
3) Same car had a nail in the tire this morning. :rolleyes:
4) Wife is now getting sick.
5) Need to change my award to leave out of AUS but there is no availability. :rolleyes:
6) TXDOT is probably the worst set of planners in the world. I-10 is now under construction both ways just north of downtown while at the same time, the only relief road (610 north) is also under major construction. My morning commute is getting even more interesting.

Other than that, a nice little Monday.

Now that I have set days off, I need to start looking for same-day turns.

You should be easy to spot with the dark cloud hovering overhead:(

IME it's about a week though I suspect it depends on the property as well. Most of my stays are at Hyatt Dulles which takes about a week to credit and I sometimes have to chase after my amenity points.

Maybe transfer nail to other car.....

Hyatt still is generally slower to post than SPG, IME.

I am not the kind of person to exact revenge on the other driver, it just irritates me that people have so little respect for others.

An example is dog poop (got in the reference for the day ;)). We have a pick-up law here and to me it's just common courtesy not to leave giant turds in your neighbors yard. Apparently, I'm the only one who believes it is the way to do things.

I have something in my tire too, fix a flat got me home but I got to go have it checked out, brand new tire :(

I have begun to seriously consider if there is a market on the Web for opinion pieces about just how screwed we are as a society.

Witness who leaves turds. Go out of your way to pick up their turds; deposit said turd bag on their front porch. Attach a handwritten thank you card to said turd bag.

I don't believe in picking up dog poop, but I also don't let the dog go in other people's yards or other places where it isn't cool.

I wasn't the biggest fan of it when I started having to pick it up, but it makes sense that if you're in a public park, you should pick up the dog crap.
