Did you have to "cheat" the SkyKit system or was that straight up?
It's going to be sad when CO takes 'em over. |
OK....time to make myself pretty for work.

There is a Crate and Barrel outlet near exit 8A of the NJ Turkipke (I-95). I think they sell home crap. You should check out Home Goods for home crap. They often have really great deal.
Brit went there recently - she can give you recent (and first time) impressions

If you go to an outlet AND have a AAA card, stop by customer service -- they will usually give you a coupon book (free for AAA members, for sale otherwise) ;) |

Nope, straight-up. It pays to be a 1k.
It's going to be sad when CO takes 'em over. There were a couple SkyKit cards on the wall in the galley on my LAX-HNL flight the other day. I briefly considered grabbing them. Or just writing down the codes on them. In the end I behaved like a good boy. |

For Home Goods, I like the Seacaucus store, Rt 23 Wayne and RT 23 Pequannock stores.

If this isn't 154K I have no chance thanks to the 30 second rule.

I will, however, be making a pit stop here this weekend. Especially if it 'ing snows. |

Somehow, I doubt you will get a similar offer.

 wow.
I had a little talk with CO about this, and they said it is all too common with UA. I will agree. now it is great for you, but $350 seriously for a broken footrest?! Throw some 2500-5000 miles, or $50.... It is common with UA and has been for years. Though, to be fair, the compensation is staggered based on a) class of service b) route in question and c) status . So, if I was in Y and a general member, like rolov, i would have likely been offered $50 or something. A broken footrest can be a big deal if you're on a long haul and need to sleep. |

Any decent outlet malls in central NJ? Wife and I are making a mini-road trip to short hills mall then to Princeton tomorrow and staying the night. Ive heard there is a decent one in Elizabeth, can anyone confirm?

I haven't been to Jersey Gardens since it opened years ago, but I hear it's a bit of a dump.
You're better off driving up to Woodbury Commons in upstate NY or there is an outlet mall by Great Adventure in Jackson, NJ.

In Princeton, on Rte.1 there are a lot of nice places to shop down past Forrestal Village. I can't remember the name of the mall, but it has a P F Changs, a Restoration Hardware, a big Pottery Barn, and lots of other nice stores, plus a couple of other good restaurants. It is past the Scudders Mill Road exit on Rte. 1. I really like that mall. |
