You are asking the wrong crowd.

In the early 90s I regularly got some very strange looks from FAs when I was working on client-server applications in-flight. I often traveled with three laptops. The word "transpushable" comes to mind.

On the same flight with Jim Compton today (Scott6067 also) - IAH-SFO. Had a nice conversation with Jim about the direct tv system. Jim was checking out the number of swippers in the back. The crew did not know who he was. He sat next to Scott6067.

I was curious how many knew who he was, he is not like Larry or Jeff...I see his name on emails and letters but not even as much as Mark, so he flies 'under the radar' a bit.

I'm sure nobody but FTers who have attended the CO DOs at IAH would know who he was. He's a super nice guy, BTW.

How many people had swiped?

Very kind of you, but I wouldn't dream of depriving you.

In any case, I believe it is marching on up to greet us fairly shortly....

I met him, but honestly not sure I'd just point him out of a crowd.

I have the newest Desktop Manager but an ancient OS (most recent TMo supports for my model).

Just switched one of my flights LGA-IAH tomorrow from 4:35pm to 10:25am in hopes to hang out with some highschool friends before the 8:50pm flight to SMF. Hope we dont get too much snow in Queens.

Shouldn't be hard. FiOS here has a separate category of "Inglorious Movies."

Found said movie on FIOS... thought it was an interesting Tarentino movie. Personally not worthy of a full priced cinema experience, but a matinee showing.
