I see that all it takes is to leave passengers stuck on an airline for 10 hours without service during a snowstorm to get recognized by JD Powers. JetBlue was lucky they were able to survive that.

Again, while this was a horrendous incident, there were plenty of other flights on other airlines stuck on the tarmac on that day at JFK. One DL flight was stuck for nearly 10 hrs, while a number of AA flights were stuck 7 hours.
I suppose you're equally amazed that DL and AA survived those incidents as well.

Likewise, all it takes is for CO to land a 757 on a taxiway at EWR and potentially slaughter hundreds of innocent passengers in numerous airplanes. The 10 hour delay happened, we apologized get over it and lets move on. Well done B6.

I do not recall that happening in EWR recently.....

I'm not saying any of this is no big deal. Then again I wonder how you can blame the ice on jetBlue...

Why the one-sided anti-B6 attack? Put me on a tarmac for 10 hours before you put me in a flying septic tank. Both CO and B6 have had their problems this year!

Also, just to be clear on the real issue during the Valentine's Day Massacre, it wasn't so much the headline-grabbing 10 hr delays, which were actually part of normal procedure at B6 (for better or for worse).
The real breakdown came in the ensuing days when the airline came to near standstill because of real issues with its basic operations.

...or fly thousands of miles with raw sewage underfoot and no bathrooms. (Who needs bathrooms, anyway, when you can just pee into the trough.. I mean aisle.

Here are the complete rankings, not split up according to legacy and LCC:
1. JetBlue - 810 points out of 1,000
2. Frontier - 750 points.
3. Southwest - 744 points.
4. AirTran - 721 points.
5. Continental - 704 points.
6. Delta - 680 points.
7. American - 670 points.
8. Alaska Airlines - 668 points.
9. United - 659 points.
10. US Airways - 655 points.
11. Air Canada - 648 points.
12. Northwest - 646 points.
Although it's clear that the expectations of LCC customers are a bit different, it is nevertheless a little troubling that CO is behind AirTran.
