Okay, guys. There is a 50-50 chance I may be flying on CO99 to HKG this Saturday (in BF nonetheless). I will probably know by around noon time tomorrow. If I'm indeed flying, timo469 or somebody else can take my seat at the game.

It looks if my work plans hold that I am going to be passing through IAH on the 30th...however...going to call CO and see if I can stop over in IAH without a major increase in fare.

Will add dan1431 and timo469 to the possibles list.
timo469, bear in mind that you can purchase a seat for the game if you wish (there's just no guarantee that you will be able to obtain a seat in the same section as our seats). You may wish to sent a PM to ssullivan, as he was the one that booked all of our tickets. He will likely be able to give you section, row and seat numbers, so that you can attempt to purchase a ticket in the same general area. Most of us are in the Crawford Boxes, which are an excellent place to watch the game from (beaucoup home-runs).
Please also remember that even if you don't attend the game, you're more than welcome at the post-game drinks event at the Flying Saucer. More than a few are turning up just for drinks.
See you all Saturday ^

The game starts at 1:05pm, so I would imagine 4pm would be a safe bet for post-game drinks. If it runs a bit later, I doubt the post-game drinks crowd will have too much trouble finding something to do at the saucer until the rest of the crowd shuffles in
I'll plan on being back at the Saucer by 4, regardless of what's going on with the game. I can only take the ballpark beer offerings for so long [/beer snob]

Here's a rough schedule for the event:
12pm - Flying Saucer Opens - Ballgame Attendees Meet prior to walking over to Minute-Maid Park (5-6 block walk). The Flying Saucer is at the intersection of Capitol & Main, just about smack in the middle of Downtown Houston. Nowadays in Houston, the parking meters operate on Saturdays
. However, there are plenty of surface lots and garages in the nearby vicinity, and compared to other large cities, Houston has cheap parking. The further you park from Minute-Maid Park on a game day, the cheaper it's likely to be.
12:40pm - Walk over to Minute-Maid Park for the game
01:05pm-End of Game - Enjoy Game
04:00pm-TBD - Post-Game drinks back at the Saucer. As I posted previously, I'll be back at the Saucer by 4, regardless of when the game ends.
See you all there.
EDIT - I'll be sending out PMs today and tomorrow to all confirmed attendees with my contact info, just in case anyone has difficulty locating the event, or needs further information.

All confirmed attendees should now have received a PM from me with Contact Info for the Micro-DO (except J.Edward, who I assume has my contact info and knows quite well how to make it to the Saucer
).
To those still on the possibles list (see the first post in this thread) who do intend to come either to the game or post-game drinks, if you want directions or contact info, feel free to PM me.
See you all Saturday

parking
Someone was asking about public parking around the Flying Saucer, but I can't find it anymore. Might have been the thread in Community...anyway, it looks like there is an AMPCO parking garage one block north of the Flying Saucer at Texas and Main Street for those of you brave enough to drive afterwards.
Personally, I think I'll be cabbing to and from The Westin Oaks to keep my driver's license privileges intact.

I. Am. So. Ready. For. This. Weekend.
This (and last week) are testing weeks at UH and I've had a Tax, Accounting and Stat (my 3 hardest classes) exams this week. Joy.
